Terms and Conditions for the Spinning Wheel Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
Participation is open to individuals who have reached the legal minimum age in their country at the time of the spin and who do not have an active Bikemap Premium Membership. Employees of Bikemap and their immediate family members are excluded from the giveaway.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on July 4, 2025, at 12:00 AM CEST and ends on July 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM CEST. Discount vouchers will be valid until July 31, 2025.
3. Entry:
To participate, users must enter their email address and spin the wheel. This automatically qualifies them for the draw of the main prize.
- Each participant is allowed only one spin.
- Payment of any fee will not increase the chances of winning.
- Redemption of any coupon code or prize obtained from the wheel is not required to remain eligible for the main prize.
4. Winner Selection:
The main prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants within one week of the giveaway’s end.
5. Notification of Winner:
The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, Bikemap reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prize:
The main prize is a Wahoo ELEMNT ACE GPS Bike Computer, which will be shipped within 30 days after successful contact with the winner.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
7. Instant Prizes from the Wheel:
Participants may win one of the following immediately after spinning the wheel:
- Discount codes for annual or 3-year plans
- Free monthly, yearly, or Lifetime memberships
- Bikemap T-Shirts or equivalent Bikemap merchandise
Note:
- Instant prizes can only be redeemed by users not subscribed to Premium at the time of the draw.
- No refunds or cancellations are available for existing subscriptions.
- Upgrades (e.g., from monthly/yearly to Lifetime/3-year) are possible, but no retroactive refunds will be issued.
8. Data Protection:
All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Miscellaneous:
- The organizer’s decision is final; legal recourse is excluded.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to legal reasons or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
10. Exclusion of Participants:
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the giveaway process, violates these terms, or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior. Disqualification may occur without prior notice or entitlement to a prize.
